Nakoma Spa at GOLD MOUNTAIN announces Winter and Spring Hours 
photoenfeedia RSS feed publisher FeedBack ( 1) GOLD_MOUNTAIN - On your next vacation staying at the Red Sky luxury home at Gold Mountain, experience the fabulous spa at the Nakoma, just a short walk from the home. Here is an update on hours and rates. Ask about single day use!

Winter Spa hours are:
9-4 Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
9-7 Monday and Wednesday

As soon as the golf course opens The Spa will be open 7am to 7pm daily.

Memberships include daily use of the indoor heated current pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, weight room, lockers with showers.

Winter memberships are $30 a month till March 31st, then $40 a month as of April 1st, or when the golf course opens.

We have many fitness classes through out FORE! Fitness program. The fitness classes are $5.00 each with spa memberships and $10 each without a spa membership.

Current class schedule is as follows:

Monday
9:30 am YOGA, 6 pm YOGA.

Wednesday
3:30 pm Mat Pilates, 4:30 pm Water Aerobics, 6 pm Zumba Fitness
